Email Policy: I no longer use email because it is neither timely nor confidential. Do not send emails about scheduling or billing. Do not send any confidential information via email. Anyone can read email between your computer and mine. For routine matters, you can reach me by leaving a voice mail on either of the above two telephone numbers. The telephone is confidential and timely. I'm paged on every call and try to return calls promptly, usually within a few hours for urgent calls, depending upon how many sessions are booked back-to-back. I also (often) return calls on my days off (Fridays).
